How to use
Sprinkle a tiny pinch onto leaf litter / cork / substrate
Or mix into bug gel / dry mixes / sprinkle onto veg
Start small: 1–2 times per week is plenty for most colonies
 
Keeper tips (important!)
Only use very small amounts — it can mould if overfed or left damp.
Remove leftovers if it’s not eaten within 24–48 hours (especially in humid enclosures).
Store cool, dry, and sealed to keep it fresh.
